What happens when my trial ends?

Your trial runs for 30 full days. When it ends, you can purchase a licence and continue exactly where you left off — your indexed data is preserved, nothing needs to be re-imported. If you don't licence, you can uninstall cleanly. No pressure, no gotchas.
What does auto-renewal actually mean?

Your licence renews annually and your card is charged automatically on the anniversary of your purchase. You'll see a renewal reminder in the app before it happens. Renewal is silent — no re-activation required. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle billing portal and you'll retain access until the end of your current year.
Is my email data safe? Where does it go?

Your email data never leaves your machine. MailBraid reads your Outlook mailbox locally via the Microsoft COM interface, builds an encrypted index on your local drive, and runs all analysis entirely on-device. There is no cloud component, no data upload, and no server that could be breached. The only outbound calls are a version check and licence activation — neither involves your email content.
Can I use MailBraid on more than one machine?

A single licence is bound to one machine. If you need to transfer your licence to a new machine — for example, if you upgrade your computer — contact
support@mailbraid.com and we'll sort it out. Multi-seat licences are on the roadmap.
What is the launch offer and how long does it last?

The first 50 licences sold are available at a discounted first-year price. After your first year, your subscription renews at the standard annual rate for your currency. The offer is capped at 50 redemptions globally and may close before any announced end date — there is no guarantee it will still be available when you check.
What are the system requirements?

MailBraid requires Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and Microsoft Outlook — specifically Classic Desktop Outlook, not the new Outlook app. A Microsoft 365 account or a standalone Outlook licence both work. Mac support and the new Outlook app are on the roadmap.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If MailBraid doesn't work as described within 14 days of purchase, contact
